Q. When I purchase a monthly or yearly subscription how do I select my courses?
A. Our “Self Service Store” operates on a credit system. Your subscription payment buys you credits which you use to purchase the course of your choice. The yearly subscription allows you to buy a year’s worth of credits up front while a monthly subscription gives you credits one at a time.
Q. How do I receive and access my courses?
A. Each series includes 16 separate (3-5 minute) pre-recorded sessions with corresponding transcripts. Each session will be delivered directly to your email adress, twice a week, for eight weeks.
Q. What if I am busy and miss a week, do I lose that week?
A. No. You will not lose your teaching. Women Inspired understands the delicate nature of balancing life. If you miss a week, you can visit your teaching at a more convenient time. However, we encourage you to not get behind. Make the most of each coaching session.We designed our delivery system in a manner to maximize growth. We encourage you to complete each coaching session, as it is delivered, in order to receive the most from it.
Q. Why do you bill every other month on the monthly subscription?
A. Each course is eight weeks in length. Billing follows that same time cycle. If you should decide to cancel before your monthly renewal date you will not have accumulated additional credits.
Q. I don’t see a Member Store.
A. The Member Store is only visible to logged in Exclusive Membership users.
Q. How do I stop my subscription?
A. Paypal handles all reoccurring billing. Simply log into your Paypal account, go to My money in your Profile, then update the “My preapproved payments” section. Your account and content access will be active until the end of the current billing cycle.
